Returns and cancellations

Nose pins and hoops are body-worn jewellery and are supplied in sealed hygiene packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once that seal has been opened.

Unopened items may be eligible for cancellation within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back and include your order number.

This policy does not remove your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. We may ask for clear photographs before authorising a return.
