Returns and cancellations

For hygiene reasons, nose pins and hoops are supplied in tamper-evident sealed packaging. Change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted once the hygiene seal has been opened, removed or tampered with.

Unopened items may be eligible for cancellation within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back and include your order number.

This policy does not remove your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. We may ask for clear photographs before authorising a return.
