For gold, the recommended launch service is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed with tracking and a signature. Signed For is not automatically insured for jewellery, so only use it if your carrier or insurance policy explicitly covers the item. The final service, charge and dispatch timeframe are shown at checkout after the shipping rate is configured.
